The Outreach and Health Promotion Team is a dynamic, pro-active, forward-thinking, and reactive team, contributing towards reducing inequalities in sexual health by promoting and delivering services that are accessible to all and in particular vulnerable groups. The team, working in partnership with a wide variety of partners across the voluntary and statutory sector provide quality, innovative health promotion to the people in the community through both training for professionals, volunteers and direct work with young people.
